Openings For Service Engineer/ Technical Assistant

• Strong knowledge on diagnosing / troubleshooting the fault in the electronic circuitry/ fault analysis based on schematics/ circuit diagrams/ service manuals
• Knowledge of testing/ operations of test & measuring instruments indicated above
• Good communication skill/ Experience with usage of computers, e-mail and MS Office programs/ CRM etc. . .

Job Description

• Servicing / troubleshooting of Test & Measuring Instruments like Oscilloscopes (Analog/ Digital) , DC Power Supplies, Electronic Loads Function Generators, Spectrum Analyzer, High Voltage Tester/ Electrical Safety Testers, Digital Multimeters, LCR Meters, and other related test & measuring instruments component level as well as board level
• Pre-despatch testing of all above mentioned test equipments/ instruments.
• Co-ordination/ interaction/ follow ups with customers on service / support matters
• Co-ordination with in-house operation/ sales / support team on equipments/ instruments handling/ dispatching/ demonstration etc. .
• Interaction/ co-ordination with group technical support teams/ maintaining service records/ periodic service reports
