We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team at Pratibha. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in customer support, delivering top-notch service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes.

Skills and Qualifications
