Description
We are seeking a Process Coach for our Surgery and IPDRG departments in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training staff, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff in the surgical and IPDRG departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies in surgical practices and IPDRG billing.
- Collaborate with medical staff to identify training needs and create educational materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training and performance assessments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in surgery and IPDRG processes.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and IPDRG billing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
