Customer Service Associate - Fresher

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer queries in the first point of contact.

• Should be professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
• Should possess active listening skills.
• Ability to multi -task.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred(Arts & Science)2024-2026 Passed out.
• B.E/ B.Tech, MCA & MSC(IT) are not eligible to apply.
