Job Description

Position : Workday HCM Techno-functional
Experience : 4+ Years

Required Skills/Experience
  • 4-6 Years of overall experience working as Workday HCM techno-functional consultant
  • Must have hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation module
  • Assist with maintenance and configuration of existing Workday Core HCM application
  • Assist with updating system configuration (to include business processes updates, eligibility rules, validation rules, BP security, notifications)
  • Work on application requirements, gathering and design including process and gap analysis
  • Test and deploy business process solutions
  • Provide best practice and solutions for Core HCM functional Area and other technical requirements
  • Create Workday reports (create dashboards) including Advanced reports
  • Must have good experience working on various integration tools & methodologies EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI
  • Must have Workday Release management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working with business
  • Active in Workday Community (connected and up to date on Workday Core HCM technology)
  • Perform POCs and offer recommendations to improve our Workday Solutions and our implementation methodology
  • BIRT Report knowledge will be an added advantage
