Job Description :

Location: Velachery

Shift :Day

Mode : Office

Location : Vepery / Velachery

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of medical coders specializing in Radiology.
Ensure accurate coding and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
Collaborate with the billing department to optimize the revenue cycle and resolve denials.
Conduct internal audits and prepare for external coding reviews.
Provide coding training and updates to the team.

Qualifications:

Education: CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification required.
Experience:5+ years of Radiology , with 1+ years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficiency in coding software, strong leadership, and excellent attention to detail.
