Role Responsibilities
- Application Package creation and deployments.
- Patch Management using SCCM and WSUS.
- OS, Software & drivers patch testing and production deployments.
- Configure the boundary and boundary groups.
- Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps for team knowledge sharing.
- Maintain SQL Server databases for SCCM sites, including backups and optimization.
- Participate in high severity calls, coordinate with multiple stakeholders for the issue resolution / workaround.
- Implement role-based administration, security scopes, and permissions for users.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for deployment failures and client issues.
- Accountable for all Infrastructure RCA.
- Participation in UAT / testing of new products introduction.
Primary Skills
- Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of SCCM 1810, 2111 and 2403 configuration and maintenance.
- Participated in migrations of SCCM Servers.
- SCCM SQL Reporting, Automation and Scripting.
- Troubleshoot and fix and disruptions on the SCCM infrastructure and able to analyze and suggest/provide improvements.
- Solid SCCM work experience.
- Must Have knowledge of MP, DP & SUP role installation.
- SCCM Application and Package creation, distribution and deployment.
- Understanding of patch deployment, software distribution, and compliance baselines in SCCM.
- Must have a good understanding of Windows OS such as Server 2016/2019, Win 10 and 11.
- Knowledge of production support, client interaction and issue resolution.
- Good communications skills Ability to articulate clearly in English.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required.
- Good Analytical, Problem Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
Secondary Skills
Retail domain experience would be preferred if any.
