Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Need to have extensive knowledge of RCM
  • Have good knowledge about HIPAA compliance
  • Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries
  • Implementing new training plan & training method

Traits

  • Minimum 5+ years in US Healthcare Process.(Experience ar callers more than 5 years experience with excellent communication can also apply.
  • Prefer candidate with good exposure in Denial Management, AR Calling, Billing in medical billing domain.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
