Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various roles such as software engineers, developers, testers, and IT specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and hiring best practices
