Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for IT roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and ATS updates during the recruitment process.
