We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a similar role with a strong technical background. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking equipment
• Provide technical support to the team and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems
• Manage and monitor the company's servers and systems for performance and availability
• Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the company's IT infrastructure and operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in IT Administration
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols
