Document Control Procedures: Establish, implement, and maintain document control procedures for mining projects in compliance with company and industry standards.
Document Management: Manage the receipt, review, registration, and distribution of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Version Control: Maintain version control and ensure document integrity and traceability across all systems.
EDMS Management: Upload, track, and manage documentation through EDMS platforms such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, ProjectWise, Documentum, or equivalent systems.
Centralized Registers: Maintain a centralized document register and ensure stakeholders have access to the latest approved revisions.
Coordination & Approvals: Coordinate document reviews and approvals with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet project deadlines.
Quality Checks: Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with metadata standards, formatting, and naming conventions.
Archiving: Archive project documentation in accordance with company records management policies.
Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on document control procedures and EDMS use.
Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards on document status, outstanding reviews, and compliance metrics.
Audit & Compliance Support: Support audits, compliance checks, and information handover processes at project completion.
