Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions over phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with financial or travel-related queries and issues.
• Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
• Show empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in an international voice process.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
