Eligibility

  • Education:Undergraduates / Graduates (Any Stream)
  • Experience:Freshers & Experienced
  • Languages:Hindi & English Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM
  • Escalate unresolved issues when needed

Requirements

  • Good communication in Hindi & English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in day shifts with rotational weekly offs
