Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Convincing power to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary.
