Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to increase revenue growth.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Convincing power to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary.
