Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve moderately complex business problems related to sales operations and reporting.
• Develop new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods, procedures, and automation frameworks.
• Align team deliverables with the strategic direction set by senior management.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team leads, peers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Work independently with minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally influence cross-functional teams.
• Manage medium to small-sized teams and/or work efforts within client engagements or internal operations.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and other reporting tools to generate actionable business insights.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve sales reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Support stakeholders with accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs.
