Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and convert new business opportunities within the Automotive industry.
  • Develop territory strategies and actionable plans to achieve and scale quarterly and annual revenue targets across product and solutions portfolios.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends, best practices, and large-scale engineering solutions that create long-term business value.
  • Engage senior executives at customer and prospect organizations to build strategic relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Present solutions to executive-level decision makers and articulate a compelling business vision and value proposition.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust, and integrity.
  • Manage client expectations effectively while balancing company objectives and customer needs.
  • Influence key business decisions through strong executive-level relationship management.
  • Develop proposal strategies, win themes, and differentiated positioning to improve deal success rates.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Drive medium to large multi-year integrated deal pursuits.
