Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Focus on channel development and create strong partnerships within the region
- Act as the critical link between channels and closure managers to drive customer walk-ins
- Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of channel sales at each site
- Recommend and execute strategies to ensure uninterrupted walk-ins of target customers
Operational Responsibilities:
- Manage all channel-related trackers and review mechanisms
- Develop direct and non-traditional channels
- Liaise with stakeholders to improve site-level channel activities and customer experience
Developmental Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans in coordination with Marketing
- Design development and outreach activities for channels
- Identify knowledge gaps, map training needs, and implement learning initiatives
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve Sales Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume (Units) targets
- Meet speed of sales targets (units booked per month)
- Ensure contribution margin targets for assigned sites
- Track and improve efficiency of walk-ins and closures
