Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Leader GT & MT to drive distribution, visibility, and revenue growth across General Trade and Modern Trade channels. The role requires strong execution skills, distributor management, and hands-on experience in FMCG sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels
- Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage distributors, key retailers, and modern trade partners effectively
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
- Lead and mentor field sales teams to achieve targets
- Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and in-store activations
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth execution
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy channel relationships
Key Requirements
- 67 years of experience in FMCG sales, handling both GT & MT ( Shouldn't have experience more than 7 Years)
- Proven track record of driving sales and distribution growth
- Strong understanding of FMCG trade dynamics and retailer management
- Experience working with distributors and modern trade chains
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel extensively as required
