About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced IBM OpenPages Developer to join a high-impact client engagement in Navi Mumbai. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions while collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

What You'll Do :

• Develop, customize, and implement IBM OpenPages solutions.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.
• Design OpenPages data models, object profiles, and field groups.
• Develop custom solutions using OSF, REST APIs, and Java-based integrations.
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and platform maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
• Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with business, risk, audit, and compliance teams.
• Create technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of experience in IBM OpenPages development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in OpenPages configuration and customization.
• Experience with OpenPages Script Framework (OSF).
• Hands-on experience with OpenPages REST APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes.
• Experience with OpenPages reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. 

Good to Have: 

• Certification in IBM OpenPages 
• Experience in integration with other enterprise systems
