Role: OPD (PEM)
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
What You'll Do:
- Monitoring OPD and investigation footfall on daily basis.
- Monitoring Conversion Data Pathology and Radiology investigation on daily Basis. Maintaining roster for PCS (opd) team on 7-15 days and submit their attendance monthly to HR, which have 40-45 staff in opd.
- Weekly briefing and maintaining training data sheets for the records.
- Resolving all the issues related to Panel OPD (CGHS, ECHS, DGEHS and many more).
- Taking rounds of OPD on daily basis, monitoring all the opd related problems and informing the concern department for resolving.
- Having good knowledge of TMS and BIS of NHA (National Health Authority).
- Maintaining Tele Consultation data and coordinate with doctors for smooth and on time consultation
What We Are Looking For:
- MBA with 5-10 years experience in OPD Management, Patient Experience Management,
- Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
