This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPD Manager based in Chennai. The OPD Manager will oversee the efficient management of the Outpatient Department, including coordinating daily operations, ensuring patient satisfaction, managing appointments and scheduling, and supervising the OPD staff. The manager will also ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, maintain proper documentation and records, and streamline communication between doctors, patients, and other hospital departments.

• Strong management and leadership skills for supervising teams and ensuring operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational abilities, including scheduling, resource management, and maintaining accurate records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, doctors, and patients
• Knowledge of compliance standards and protocols in the healthcare industry
• Experience in administration or management roles in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in using hospital management systems and related technology tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
