Job Title: Institutional Sales Manager/OOH (Out-of-Home) Manager

Job Summary:
The Institutional Sales/OOH Manager will be responsible for driving institutional sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, institutions, and partners. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving PO targets through strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans, to achieve institutional sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, leading hotels, government entities, educational institutions, and large-scale enterprises.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand client needs.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential institutional clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand presence and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree. (An MBA degree is a plus).
- Proven track record in institutional sales or business development, preferably within Hospitality industry, financial services, education, healthcare etc.
- Strong negotiation, communication (English), and presentation skills. Should be able to effectively engage with owners and senior management of client companies.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
