About the Job
Responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting the Onspring GRC platform. The role includes application configuration, workflow automation, reporting, user administration, integrations, and client support activities.
Reporting Structure & Key Relationships
Reports to the Team Manager. Works with client stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, solution architects, and engagement teams.
Job Description
• Configure and maintain Onspring applications, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Support integrations, data imports, exports, and automation processes.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in testing, deployment, training, and documentation activities.
• Conduct client demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver GRC solutions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in Onspring administration or implementation.
• Experience configuring applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
• Understanding of GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Vendor Risk processes.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with integration and data migration activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and client demos.
Preferred Certification:
• Onspring Administrator Certification.
Good to have
ServiceNow
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations. understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Workspace and Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Fundamental understanding of IRM, BCM and TPRM would be a great advantage.
• Hands-on experience of JavaScript is required.
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
Archer IRM
• Experience in working 2-3 use cases in Archer.
• Advanced experience with RSA Archer implementations.
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to RSA Archer.
• Understanding of Access Controls in Archer
• Experience with Applications and Questionnaire, DDE, Notifications, Packages, Mail Merge, Access Control, Data Feeds.
• Hands on experience in Archer API would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in creating and debugging Advanced Workflows.
• Fundamental understanding of GRC would be a great advantage.
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
Onspring Administrator Certification is preferred
