We are seeking an

Onsite Fitter (Pan India)

Location: WIRTGEN INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Dist Pune, 412214, Maharashtra, India | Pan India Deployment

Basic Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/Engineering Degree
• Age: 23- 35 Years
• Experience: 5- 10years
  
  

Purpose of the Job:

• To ensure smooth running of the machine by rectifying issues, break down and regular maintenance
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  
  

Scope of Work & Accountabilities:

• Handling technical (Mechanical/Electrical) issues and timely rectification
• Regular maintenance of the machine.
• Proactive identifying issues and timely rectifying to avoid breakdown.
• Handling breakdowns and ensuring to bring machine back to working condition
• Maintaining contractual obligation
• Suggesting to replace parts wherever applicable.
• Should know driving and have valid driving license
• Regularly updating their technical knowledge for the product responsible as well as strive to learn oth-er products
• Ensuring to service delivery by maintaining Mean time to repair under the defined SLA's
• Coordination with Zonal for day to day activities
• Gathering insights of competitor machine running on sites.
