Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect with a strong background in contact center technologies to design, implement, and support scalable cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect and AWS services, paired with a broad knowledge of telephony systems, IVR, omnichannel routing, customer experience design, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Architect scalable Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions tailored to client or business needs.
- Develop and implement IVR flows, call routing logic, and Lambda integrations with backend systems.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), workforce management, and analytics tools.
- Define and implement omnichannel customer engagement strategies using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and other AWS services.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on support during the solution design, build, and deployment phases.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, support) to deliver innovative customer experience solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demos for stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure solution compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients or internal teams.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and best practices.
