About the Role:
Lucy Learning Academy is looking for passionate and experienced Western Vocal Instructors to conduct engaging online music lessons for students of different age groups. The ideal candidate should have strong vocal training, teaching experience, and the ability to create a positive and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online Western vocal lessons for beginners and intermediate students
- Teach vocal techniques including pitch, breathing, tone control, and vocal exercises
- Guide students in song practice, performance skills, and stage confidence
- Prepare structured lesson plans suitable for different age groups
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
- Maintain a fun, interactive, and motivating learning environment during classes
Requirements:
- Training in Western vocals / contemporary singing
- Prior online or offline teaching experience preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to engage young learners
- Comfortable using online teaching tools (Google Meet)
- Reliable internet connection and good audio setup
Preferred:
- Music certifications or formal training in Western vocals
- Experience teaching children and teenagers
