Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Online Sales Manager for a full-time position based on-site in Kochi. The role involves managing and executing online sales strategies and driving revenue growth through e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include monitoring and enhancing online sales channels, coordinating with the marketing team for campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to effectively engage and assist customers online.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and E-Commerce to drive performance on digital sales channels.
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies to optimize campaigns and enhance online visibility.
  • Competency in data analysis and the use of sales tools to evaluate performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in the retail or luxury industry is a plus, along with a proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
