Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Online Sales Manager. The Online Sales Manager will oversee the online sales operations,Handling online sales executives, strategize and implement effective e-commerce initiatives, and work to improve online performance metrics. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, spearheading online marketing campaigns, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and collaborating with the product and professional teams to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 year experience in relevant field,

  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to engage clients and achieve sales goals
  • Expertise in E-Commerce and Online Marketing for optimizing online store performance and driving traffic
  • Exceptional Communication abilities to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Understanding of digital sales tools, platforms, and analytics is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in e-commerce or retail, is an advantage
