Online Sales Executive

Location: In-office, Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Experience: 2–4 years in sales/customer handling

CTC: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Requirement: Excellent English speaking and typing skills

• Handle online customer inquiries on calls, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.
• Share product details, prices, availability, and order information clearly.
• Convert online leads into confirmed orders.
• Manage online orders and coordinate with the store team for processing.
• Follow up with customers and support after-sales queries.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain a professional brand image.
• Support basic online promotions, listings, and customer engagement.

• Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets.
• Good customer service and support skills.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi.
• Good typing speed and comfort with online chats.
• Computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers and orders at the same time.
• Experience in retail, fashion, jewellery, bridal accessories, or e-commerce will be preferred.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
