Online Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, and customer-friendly person to handle online and WhatsApp queries, manage client follow-ups, and conduct live sessions to promote and sell jewelry. The role requires good communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily WhatsApp, online, and social media enquiries from customers.

Follow up with potential leads and maintain a proper enquiry database.

Share product details, prices, and photos, videos with customers.

Conduct live sessions (Instagram ,Facebook ,WhatsApp) to showcase new collections and attract buyers.

Convert online leads into confirmed sales through consistent follow-up and product presentation.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing and delivery updates.

Maintain a daily report of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Assist in creating promotional messages and replying to customer feedback.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Telugu preferred.

Knowledge of diamond or gold jewelry .

Experience in handling social media, WhatsApp business chat preferred.

Confident to speak on camera during live sessions.

Basic computer and mobile app skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate.

25 years of experience in online sales, jewelry.
