The key responsibilities will include:
- Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and email campaigns (Content management).
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner (ORM).
- Respond to questions and comments on our website's forum in a timely and accurate manner.
- Co-ordinate with relevant teams within the company to provide best solutions and experience to the customer.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date Knowledge-Base of FAQs so that user queries can be answered quickly with consistent quality standards.
Skills Required:
- MS-Office.
- Familiarity with social media like Twitter, Instagram, FB, Blogging.
- Familiarity with Popular Blogging platforms like WordPress, Blogger, Medium etc..
- Social Media Management.
Experience required:
- 1 year experience is a must.
- Loves interacting with customers online.
- High energy and Initiative.
- Ability to interact with people across the organizational hierarchy.
- Diligent and organized while maintaining the ability to work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
- Commitment to deadlines and high ownership of results.
- Ability to multi-task and context switch.
- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Creative thinker.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- People who have worked in/ are comfortable with rotational shifts / rotational week off, workenvironment are preferred.
