Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management Associate to build, protect, and enhance our brand's image across digital platforms. The role focuses on monitoring online sentiment, fostering positive engagement, and handling brand-related concerns with professionalism and agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Resolution
  • Develop and implement protocols for addressing customer feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Act as the primary contact point during brand-related concerns, ensuring quick communication and escalation to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain brand integrity.
  • Growth & Brand Building
  • Strategically build and manage communities on platforms such as Reddit and Quora.
  • Manage Google Maps listings for all registered business locations.
  • Develop and execute content and engagement strategies for LinkedIn to strengthen brand presence.
  • Identify and participate in relevant online discussions to promote a positive brand image.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track brand mentions, sentiment, and keywords across digital channels using social listening tools.
  • Monitor and analyze daily reviews, comments, and postsboth positive and negative.
  • Generate regular performance and sentiment reports with actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance public perception and customer trust.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across various platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and YouTube community dynamics.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance crisis management and brand building.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive situations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6 months2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, or Digital PR.
  • Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools such as Brand24, Mention, or Google Alerts.
  • Experience or case studies in reputation management or crisis communication is an added advantage.
