About The Role

In today's digital world, every comment, review, and mention matters. We're looking for an ORM Executive who can help protect, enhance, and grow our clients online reputation across platforms.

If you're someone who pays attention to details, enjoys engaging with online communities, and knows how to turn feedback into opportunities, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor brand mentions, reviews, comments, and conversations across social media, search engines, and third-party review platforms.
  • Respond to customer feedback in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Track online sentiment and identify potential reputation risks before they escalate.
  • Manage and optimize business profiles, including Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) and other listing platforms.
  • Work closely with content, social media, customer support, and marketing teams to address customer concerns and improve brand perception.
  • Conduct daily social listening to monitor brand health, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities to increase positive brand visibility and customer advocacy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with sentiment analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support crisis management efforts by monitoring conversations and responding quickly to reputation-sensitive situations.
  • Help develop strategies that strengthen online presence and foster positive customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Customer Engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, review portals, and online community management.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer experience principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, review management platforms, and social listening tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot issues, trends, and opportunities early.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with social listening and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • A passion for building positive brand experiences and online communities.
