Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Proctor role based in Nashik. The Online Proctor will monitor online examinations, ensure adherence to testing protocols, verify candidate identity, and document any irregularities or incidents during assessments. The role involves maintaining a professional and calm testing environment, providing clear instructions, and supporting examinees with basic queries while upholding exam integrity. The Online Proctor will work in shifts and is expected to communicate effectively in English, follow established procedures, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth exam operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong proctoring skills, including monitoring online exams and enforcing exam rules ethically and consistently.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, with good English speaking, listening, and writing abilities.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle candidate queries courteously and manage difficult situations with patience.
• Candidates should possess training and education-related skills, such as understanding testing processes and guiding candidates through exam procedures.
• Candidates should ideally have basic computer literacy, familiarity with online platforms, attention to detail, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in education, administration, or related fields is an advantage.
