Job Description: Primary School Teacher (Grades 1–5) – Online

Role Overview

Dreamtime Learning Online School is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers for Grades 1 to 5. The candidate will act as a mother teacher, responsible for managing the class, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the overall development of students in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online classes for students of Grades 1 to 5.
Act as a mother teacher and handle all academic and classroom responsibilities.
Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
Ensure active participation and engagement of students during sessions.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.

Work Timings

Morning Shift: 09:05 AM – 02:05 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:35 PM – 05:35 PM

Compensation

Gross Salary: 25,000 per month
Take-Home Salary (with PF): 21,200
Take-Home Salary (without PF): 22,500

Class Details

Class Strength: 20 to 30 students per class

Required Skills

Experience in online teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Zoom or similar tools
Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
Good classroom management skills in a virtual setup

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred with teaching background)
Must have a laptop
Stable internet connection and Wi-Fi facility
