Job Description: Primary School Teacher (Grades 1–5) – Online

Role Overview
Dreamtime Learning Online School is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers for Grades 1 to 5. The candidate will act as a
mother teacher, responsible for managing the class, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the overall development of students in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online classes for students of Grades 1 to 5.
- Act as a mother teacher and handle all academic and classroom responsibilities.
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
- Ensure active participation and engagement of students during sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
Work Timings
- Morning Shift: 09:05 AM – 02:05 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:35 PM – 05:35 PM
Compensation
- Gross Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary (with PF): ₹21,200
- Take-Home Salary (without PF): ₹22,500
Class Details
- Class Strength: 20 to 30 students per class
Required Skills
- Experience in online teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Zoom or similar tools
- Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
- Good classroom management skills in a virtual setup
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred with teaching background)
- Must have a laptop
- Stable internet connection and Wi-Fi facility
