Job Description
LEAD IAS Junior is looking for an enthusiastic and interactive Online Maths Teacher who can make learning engaging and concept-driven for school students.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling live online sessions and capable of creating an active classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online Mathematics classes
- Teach students from Grade 5 to Plus Two based on NCERT curriculum
- Simplify concepts using examples, activities, and problem-solving approaches
- Encourage student participation and engagement during sessions
- Maintain a positive and supportive online learning atmosphere
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of online teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of NCERT Mathematics (Class 5 Plus Two)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct engaging and student-centred online sessions
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools
- Profeicency in Malayalam and English

- Experience handling diverse student levels
- Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving approach
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
