Tiger Pug is a global commerce company and online marketplace operator, working with several international brands and exporters to sell products across leading online marketplaces in India and internationally.

Tiger Pug is the importer and seller, managing listings, advertising, inventory planning, and growth across multiple product categories. The India marketplacebusiness is established and scaled, with international expansion into Brazil and Mexico planned from 2026.

Role Overview

This is not a setup role. The primary responsibility is to operate, optimise, and scale India online marketplace performance across active platforms. Over time, the role will support expansion into international marketplaces.

The position carries high ownership for sales growth, marketing efficiency, inventory insights, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day performance of India online marketplace operations

- Optimise listings, advertising, pricing, promotions, and compliance

- Drive sales growth, conversion improvement, and profitability

- Analyse fast vs slow movers and provide purchase planning inputs

- Manage and scale a specialist marketplace operations team

- Support phased expansion into Brazil, Mexico, and future markets

Candidate Profile

- 610+ years of hands-on online marketplace operations experience

- Strong experience operating and scaling India marketplace businesses

- Background in marketplace-focused agency or large seller/aggregator environment

- Direct operational ownership (not coordination-only roles)

- Strong analytical, execution, and team management capability
