**Online Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Consultancy — Surgical & Examination Gloves (B2B)**

TECHNOMED is looking for a **performance-driven online marketing partner** — individual or agency — to drive online sales for our surgical and examination gloves range. We're open to a **full-time hire, a retained consultant, or a marketing agency**, provided you're confident enough in your approach to commit to measurable sales outcomes.

**What we need:**

- Build and execute an online sales/marketing strategy for surgical & examination gloves across B2B channels (hospitals, distributors, institutional buyers, e-commerce/marketplace platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GEM portal visibility, etc.)

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into actual purchase orders — not just impressions or engagement metrics

- Manage online listings, digital catalogues, SEO/marketplace ranking, and paid campaigns where relevant

- Report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue generated on a monthly basis

- Willing to work on a **performance/commitment basis** — i.e., agree upfront to a realistic online sales target and be measured against it

**What we're looking for:**

- Proven experience in B2B online marketing/sales generation, ideally in medical devices, healthcare consumables, or a comparable regulated/industrial product category

- Track record of measurable sales results from digital efforts — able to share real numbers from past work

- Comfortable working against a sales commitment/target rather than just activity metrics

- Individuals, freelancers, and marketing agencies/consultancies are all welcome to apply
