Job Description

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of supporters, partners, donors and schools. You'll research new prospects, build targeted outreach lists, and support our fundraising and partnership efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Your job isn't just to generate contacts and send mails. You should know how to turn ignorance or a NO to a Maybe or This looks interesting, tell me more.

Prospect Research: Identify and qualify potential corporate partners, grant-making bodies, and donor segments aligned with our mission. Create CSR prospect pipeline with outreach to organizations.

Lead List Building: Compile and maintain accurate contact databases (using Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM). Eg: creating verified media contact database for our events.

Outreach: Draft and personalise introductory emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up templates. Eg: Reaching out to schools to invite students and faculty members to our events and competitions.

Data Management: Log outreach activities, track responses, and update lead statuses.

Reporting: Maintain trackers of lead generation metrics and pipeline health.

Collaboration: Work closely with Fundraising and Communications teams to refine messaging and targeting. Provide them with qualified sponsorship lead pool.

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend:

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Up to Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 (subject to a performance rating of 4 or 5 on a scale of 5)

Up to Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6 (subject to a performance rating of 4 or 5 on a scale of 5)

The above stipend amounts are subject to a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
