We work across essential oils, dehydrated fruits & vegetables, spices, and value-added agri-products for global markets.

Role Overview

You will execute performance-driven digital marketing for TopCrop's export categories across B2B and ecommerce channels. The goal: grow brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive export sales for markets such as USA, UK, UAE, and Australia.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn global trade marketing, category growth, and international demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

Export Marketing (B2B & D2C Ecommerce)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for essential oils, dehydrated fruits & vegetables, and spices.
  • Run targeted campaigns for buyers in the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia through LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and industry platforms.
  • Build and manage B2B landing pages, product pages, and export-focused marketing funnels.
  • Generate inbound leads through paid, organic, and marketplace channels.
  • Assist in listing and optimizing products on global marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Faire, UAE marketplaces, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor and market research to refine positioning and pricing.
  • Create marketing assetsproduct creatives, catalog designs, pitch decks, short videos.
  • Craft email campaigns for international buyer outreach and retargeting.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, leads, and cost metrics.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards across channels.
  • Suggest improvements to reduce CAC and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 02 years work experience in digital marketing (export/ecommerce preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital channelsLinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, basic SEO.
  • Ability to work with Canva or equivalent design tools.
  • Clear written communication and strong research skills.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to experiment.
  • Bonus Skills (Good to Have)Experience in product listings for international marketplaces.
  • Understanding of B2B trade marketing, wholesale outreach, or export funnels.
  • Exposure to agri/food categories.
