Role Overview
You will execute performance-driven digital marketing for TopCrop's export categories across B2B and ecommerce channels. The goal: grow brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive export sales for markets such as USA, UK, UAE, and Australia.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn global trade marketing, category growth, and international demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
Export Marketing (B2B & D2C Ecommerce)
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for essential oils, dehydrated fruits & vegetables, and spices.
- Run targeted campaigns for buyers in the USA, UK, UAE, and Australia through LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and industry platforms.
- Build and manage B2B landing pages, product pages, and export-focused marketing funnels.
- Generate inbound leads through paid, organic, and marketplace channels.
- Assist in listing and optimizing products on global marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Faire, UAE marketplaces, etc.).
- Conduct competitor and market research to refine positioning and pricing.
- Create marketing assetsproduct creatives, catalog designs, pitch decks, short videos.
- Craft email campaigns for international buyer outreach and retargeting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, leads, and cost metrics.
- Maintain weekly dashboards across channels.
- Suggest improvements to reduce CAC and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 02 years work experience in digital marketing (export/ecommerce preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital channelsLinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, basic SEO.
- Ability to work with Canva or equivalent design tools.
- Clear written communication and strong research skills.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Bonus Skills (Good to Have)Experience in product listings for international marketplaces.
- Understanding of B2B trade marketing, wholesale outreach, or export funnels.
- Exposure to agri/food categories.
