Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Faculty member with expertise in both Reasoning for Railway examinations and GK/GS for SSC GD, MTS, and other government examinations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing academic content, creating MCQs, and mentoring students to achieve success in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online and offline lectures for Railway, SSC GD, MTS, and other government examination aspirants.
- Teach topics related to Reasoning, General Knowledge, and General Studies as per the latest examination pattern.
- Develop study materials, class notes, practice sheets, MCQs, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Create and review academic content aligned with current exam trends and syllabus requirements.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic mentorship to students.
- Analyze student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with content, production, and academic teams for course development and enhancement.
- Participate in live sessions, revision classes, and special marathon sessions as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Government Exam preparation.
- Strong command over both Reasoning and GK/GS subjects.
- Experience in online teaching, content development, and MCQ creation will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Railway, SSC GD, SSC MTS, and other government examination patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching on digital learning platforms.
- Experience in recording lectures and conducting live classes.
- Strong content-writing and question-framing skills.
- Ability to handle large student batches effectively.
