About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our Power Batch as Online Faculty for JEE Chemistry and JEE Maths. As part of our teaching team, you will deliver high-quality lessons, mentor students, and contribute to the creation of engaging academic content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live and recorded online classes for JEE aspirants (YouTube & Paid Batches).
- Develop study materials, practice questions, and interactive quizzes.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and foster an engaging classroom environment.
- Align lesson delivery with the Power Batch curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with the academic/content team to innovate and improve learning modules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry/Mathematics or related field.
- Prior teaching experience (offline/online preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms (video editing is a plus).
- Passionate about mentoring and helping students succeed.

Demo Video Requirement:
Applicants must submit a 3040 minute demo video on a JEE topic to demonstrate teaching style and delivery.
