Job Description

Company Description Codeyoung offers interactive online coding courses for learners aged 5 to 17, with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. The curriculum is designed with clear, measurable learning goals rather than generic coding exposure. Codeyoung's approach moves away from traditional teacher-centric models to create an engaging, supportive environment where learners can experiment and grow. Team members join a mission-driven organization that values innovation in education and meaningful impact on young learners.

Day-to-day tasks include planning engaging lesson activities, delivering one-on-one or small-group classes, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. The mentor will collaborate with the academic team to align with existing curriculum goals and adapt content for different proficiency levels. The role also involves maintaining a positive, inclusive virtual classroom environment and communicating regularly with support staff about scheduling, learner needs, and session quality.
