Role: Channel Manager Online Distribution

This role sits at the heart of Rebel Foods revenue and profitability engine. It is ideal for someone who enjoys owning business numbers, shaping strategy, and driving tangible impact on revenue, margins, and customer experience. The position offers the opportunity to take end-to-end P&L ownership and contribute directly to meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll do

  1. Own the P&L for the channel drive revenues, manage spends, and improve profitability
  2. Strategize and implement growth levers across aggregators and channel partners
  3. Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure high-quality service and error-free deliveries
  4. Design and execute marketing campaigns to boost demand, revenue, and margins
  5. Collaborate with Brand teams to build impactful marketing properties and partnerships
  6. Stay ahead of food and consumer trends, guiding the organisation on the next big food mission

What we're looking for

  1. Strong analytical thinking with a clear understanding of P&L levers
  2. Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams
  3. A commercial mindset with curiosity and ownership
  4. Interest in food and gastronomy is a plus!
