The Role
- Develop and implement compelling online fundraising initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day updates to the Orphans In Need website (WordPress CMS).
- Plan, schedule and manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Optimize all web and social media content for SEO.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Design targeted email appeals using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Monitor KPIs and produce monthly reports.
- Work with field staff to gather compelling visuals and stories.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and trends.

Ideal Profile
- Minimum 3 years in digital fundraising, online marketing or a comparable role.
- Proven track record managing websites and executing SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Passion for humanitarian work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English.
- Understanding of fundraising regulations in India.
- Experience producing short-form video content or podcasts.
