Job Overview
We are hiring Online Admission Counsellors to counsel, convert, and onboard students for UG and PG online degree programs. This is a target-driven onsite role, where counselling is conducted through phone calls, video counselling, WhatsApp, and CRM-based follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students for Online UG & PG degree programs via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.
Explain course details including eligibility, duration, fee structure, and career outcomes.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments.
Manage the complete admission lifecycle: enquiry counselling follow-up enrolment onboarding.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for documentation and onboarding support.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory), Master's degree is an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
24 years of experience in admissions counselling, higher education, or EdTech sales is preferred.
Comfortable with online counselling tools (calls, Zoom/Google Meet, WhatsApp, email).
Good command over English, Hindi and Gujarati (English should be fluent).
Willing to work in a target-based environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to work on CRM systems.
