Job Responsibilities

• Provide online consultations to patients through the assigned platform
• Understand patient concerns and medical history
• Provide appropriate medical advice and treatment within the scope of qualification
• Guide patients regarding investigations, follow-ups and referrals whenever required
• Maintain proper consultation notes and patient records
• Ensure professional and patient-friendly communication
  
  

Candidate Profile

• MBBS / BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the respective medical council
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Comfortable with online/video consultations
• Basic smartphone/computer and internet proficiency
• Freshers and experienced doctors can apply
