BrightCHAMPS is hiring Online Coding Teachers to teach K-12 students through engaging live online classes. Freshers and early-career candidates with a relevant technical background, strong programming fundamentals and good spoken English are welcome to apply.

Teachers should be able to provide 4-6 hours of consistent availability within the selected window.

Earning Opportunity: Most active teachers typically earn approximately INR 25,000-40,000 per month, depending on teaching window, sessions allocated and conducted, student region and teaching performance.

What you will do

1. Conduct live online Coding classes for school students.
2. Conduct both demo and regular learning classes.
3. Teach programming concepts through age-appropriate explanations, activities and projects.
4. Guide students across block-based and text-based coding and build problem-solving and debugging skills.
5. Follow the BrightCHAMPS ready-to-teach curriculum and teaching methodology.
6. Participate in required training, assessments and feedback sessions.

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
2. Strong programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving skills
3. Working knowledge of text-based programming, preferably Python
4. Ability to understand and debug basic programs involving variables, conditions, loops and functions
5. Familiarity with Scratch or other block-based coding platforms is an advantage
6. Freshers can apply
7. Good spoken English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to children

Work-from-home requirements

1. Laptop with working camera and microphone
2. Stable broadband internet in the 40-100 Mbps range
3. Reliable power supply or backup
4. Quiet and suitable teaching environment

Selection process

Application Screening -> Coding Assessment -> Interview/Demo -> Training -> Final Assessment -> Onboarding

Successful completion of training and the final assessment is required before teaching-hour allocation.

This is a freelance, pay-per-hour opportunity. Actual monthly earnings vary based on availability and sessions allocated and conducted and are not guaranteed.
